Caravan Description

Our Willerby Rio Gold, 2016 holiday home is total luxury and was new for 2017 rentals. It is situated in a prime position with easy access to all park facilities and only one minute walk from the private beach.

It benefits from full gas central heating, large flat screen Sony Freeview TV( Although the majority of channels work we can not guarantee all of them due to aerial conditions) with Blu-ray player, iPod dock with CD player.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, microwave and full size fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer plus everything you need for self-catering in the comfort of your holiday home. Wi Fi is provided free of charge By Freshwater Beach Holiday Park (Not suitable for streaming movies and subject to their fair usage policy).

Dining table with extra pull out stools. There is a Tassimo machine available but discs are not included (Some discs that have been left by previous guest will be there for you to use should you wish).

Modern electric flame effect fire. All crockery and cutlery is provided, including a large selection of pots, pans and utensils. An iron and vacuum cleaner are also included.

One double bedroom with king size bed, en-suite toilet with wash basin. Large wardrobe and extra storage.

One twin bedroom with wardrobe. One pull out double sofa bed in lounge area.

We have a spacious shower room, along with a toilet.

Pillows and duvets are provided. Bed linen is not provided, you will need to bring your own. Towels are not included either.

Outside there is a fully enclosed garden area with seating for dining or just relaxing. A gravelled parking area is directly in front of the caravan.

Bookings & Conditions

A 10% deposit will be required to confirm your booking, with the balance being paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

Payment can be made by BACS.

All gas and electric usage is included.

site passes are provided for use during your stay.

No more than 6 people can occupy the caravan.

Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to hire to the following:

Parties whose members are under the age of 21
Parties whose members are all male or all female (Hen or Stag Groups)
Parties which exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home

You can access our holiday home no earlier than 3pm on the day of arrival. Departure time is strictly by 10 am. If our holiday home has not been vacated by this time, part of your deposit may be withheld. This is at the owner's discretion. Site passes are also included to allow access to the swimming facilities. (Bowling is not included) All details can be found on the Freshwater Website.

Broadchurch was filmed at West Bay and some of the stars stayed at Freshwater during filming.
