Purchased new in March 2015, our 36ft x 12ft ABI Hartfield holiday caravan is fully equipped with everything you need for a great holiday.
Located within the White section, it is 2/3 minutes walk to reception and bus stop. There is a lovely decking area with table & chairs and convenient parking for one car.
The caravan comfortably sleeps six adults and comprises:
Double Bedroom - Double bed, large wardrobe with drawers, vanity unit & mirror, radiator, also en-suite washroom with toilet and radiator.
Twin Bedroom - Twin beds, single wardrobe, mirror and radiator.
Double Sofa Bed – In the lounge area
Living Room - 2 sofas, 32" flat screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, electric fire, coffee table and radiator.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with full-size fridge/freezer, oven, grill, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, mop and bucket.
Dining area - Table & four chairs and radiator
Main Shower Room - Basin, toiletries storage, shower cubicle, toilet, heated towel rail.
Outside - Decking area with table and chairs, lockable gate, small grassed area.
Duvets and pillows are included but please bring your own bedding and towels. Linen can be provided at a small additional charge.
Utilities are included, however, the pool/spa and Wi-Fi will incur an additional charge if required and can be paid for at reception.
Booking Conditions...
Bookings include entertainment passes for access to Waterside sports bar, soft play area and nightly entertainment at The Venue entertainment complex.
No single sex parties allowed (family site).
No pets allowed in this caravan.
No smoking is allowed in the caravan or on the decking.
No boats, jet skis or vans permitted onto the park.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is payable at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
A £100 refundable security bond is also required and will be returned subject to a satisfactory caravan inspection following your departure.
