Caravan Description

Beautiful, 2013 ABI Beachcomber static caravan for hire at Haven site, Hopton Holiday Village, Norfolk.

New for 2019 - New Carpet has been laid in Lounge, Hallway and New Carpet in Main Bedroom.

We are located on Lansdown which is two rows back from the seafront and located within a stone’s throw from the main ramp down onto the newly refurbished beach.

The main attractions are less than a five-minute walk away so it is in a wonderful, quiet (all privately owned) area of the park.

This is a 2 bedroom caravan that can sleep up to four persons (5 if child in a travel cot).

Our prices throughout the year are between £150 to £750 for a holiday booking. We offer either 3 nights Fri to Mon, 4 nights Mon to Fri or 7 nights Sat to Sat. Refundable Deposit is always taken at time of booking - £50. Please note prices quoted do not include Entertainment Passes or Bedding (i.e. Duvet Covers, Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels).

The caravan is wonderfully decorated in a beach theme throughout. There is a front veranda and a side veranda with steps on both.

Lounge area comprises of large L shaped sofa, coffee table, 42" TV and DVD player, selection of DVDs, radio, beach themed prints on the walls, brand new curtains and net curtains. It has large patio doors which open out onto the veranda at the front of the van. There is a gas fire located in the lounge with plenty of storage space.

Kitchen area comprises of a full-sized cooker, full sized fridge/freezer, brand new washing machine, microwave, slow cooker, iron, ironing board, wash
basket, brushes and cleaning materials. There is plenty of cupboard space located within the kitchen area.

The hallway through from the kitchen leads to the bathroom, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. You can find coat hooks in the hallway.

Bedroom 1 consists of built in wardrobes, dressing table and stool, bedside cabinets, overhead bed cabinets for storage and overheard bed light. There
is a king size bed with plenty of space around all side of the bed. Large window to back of the caravan. En-Suite bathroom with toilet and sink, plenty
of storage shelves - cupboard which houses boiler.

Bedroom 2 consists of 2 twin single beds, small wardrobe, mirror, shelves, bedside cabinet, overhead bed unit, overhead bed light - new curtains and carpet.

Bathroom consists of a large walk in shower, sink, toilet, built in storage shelves, brand new blinds, waste bin and cleaning materials.

This caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout with radiators in every room.

Outside Area: Glass patio table, umbrella and 6 chairs. Planters with various seasonal plants. Concrete driveway which can park up to 2 vehicles.
Grassed area to the side and front of the caravan.

We can provide travel cot, highchair, bed rails and baby bath upon request. We do not offer a bedding package.

Please note entertainment passes are not included in the price and will need to be purchased from the Haven reception on arrival.

We include toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, cleaning materials.

Location

Hopton Holiday Village on site facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, crazy golf course, bowling green, tennis courts, pedal go karts, bouncy castle, table tennis table, electric quad bikes,
bar/restaurant, Papa John’s pizza parlour, amusements including ten pin bowling alley, show bar including character shop, on site Spar shop, archery and a 9 hole golf course. Located on a private beach which was reconstructed last year.

Just outside the main camp there is a chip shop, restaurants, burger vans, amusements, Chinese takeaway, hairdressers and beauticians, pharmacy,
dentist, doctors, McColls shop, vets, petrol station.

Places to visit - on the doorstep is Pleasurewood Hills, Africa Alive, Pettits, Pleasure Beach and lots of other sites and place of interest to visit - we leave leaflets for these places in our caravan or they are available from Haven reception.

The Norfolk Broads are situated within 30 minutes from the site where you can hire a boat for the day and take a leisurely trip down the river. The Suffolk town of Southwold is an interesting place to visit with small boutiques and other shops and places of interest.

The main market towns of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft are close by - there are lots of supermarkets located close to site as well if you don’t fancy using the smaller shops located on site.

There is a train station located in Great Yarmouth which takes you through to the city of Norwich.
