Welcome to our spacious, two bedroom holiday home on Sandhills Holiday Park on the beautiful Isle of Wight. We are blessed to have a sea view from the lounge or the balcony, so you can relax and unwind as you watch the boats go sailing by.

We are situated on a quiet family owned park with its own private beach which is a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is fabulous and enjoyed by everyone. When the tide is out there is the opportunity for catching crabs in the rock pools. If you enjoy walking, we are right on the coastal path which has some stunning views and amazing walks.

The caravan is a modern 2 bedroom home that can comfortably sleep four people, and is maintained to the highest standard. It has central heating with radiators in each room and is double glazed.

There is a large bedroom with a double bed, two door wardrobe, plenty of drawers and cupboard space. The second bedroom has two single beds. These could be pushed together to make a double bed if preferred. Both rooms have plenty of storage space and come with duvets and pillows. Please note - you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases, along with towels and tea towels as these are not provided.

The lounge is spacious and cosy with a beautiful sea view! It benefits from 2 comfy, stand-alone sofas, a 36” flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and a gas fire. You will also find some games and books for the children.

The dining area is just off from the kitchen, where there is a dining table seating 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. The cupboards are stocked with everything you need including crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.

The bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, WC and hand basin and can be accessed from the main bedroom as well as the hallway.

There is decking with table and chairs along one side and in front of the caravan, giving you the opportunity to sit and relax in the sun, whilst taking in the stunning sea view. There is also a gate, which is useful in keeping younger children safe and stops them from wandering off.

There is enough space to park 2 cars next to the caravan.

Gas and electric is included in the rental price.

Free Wi-Fi access is available on site.

Location

Sandhills Holiday Park is a family run Park located near Bembridge in one of the most beautiful parts of the Island. It is a quiet site overlooked by the cliffs of Calver Downs and is suitable for couples and families alike. There is a well-stocked shop on site, including an off-licence, also a laundry room and a children’s play area.

Wonky Cafe is located on the beach and serves breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Calver Haven is a local pub and restaurant, which is a 20 minute walk from the caravan. Their home-made meals are delicious.

A large Tesco store is a 15 minute drive away.

There are many things to do and explore on the Island, with main attractions including - The Needles at Alum Bay - Osborne House in East Cowes (Queen Victoria’s holiday home) - Robin Hill Countryside Adventure Park - Blackgang Chine - Dinosaur Isle and the Zoo at Sandown.

There are the traditional seaside towns of Sandown, Shanklin, Ventor and Ryde too, plus plenty of opportunities for walking along the stunning coastal path, which is right on our doorstep.
