This is a very nice, modern, 3 bedroom static caravan on Skipsea Sands Holiday Park, which is just down the road from Bridlington.

The caravan has been revamped this year, to include a re-upholstered sofa, all new carpets and floor covering throughout, modern blinds throughout and new curtains. It has been painted lovely and has beautiful glass door handles in the bedrooms.

Facilities within the caravan include a kettle, 4 slice toaster, slow cooker . Halagan oven coffee maker, microwave, crockery, utensils, pots and pans, glassware, children's plastic plates and cups, an iron and ironing board, electric hoover and a dustpan and brush.

Within the lounge there is a Smart TV, internet a DVD player with DVDs, CD player, toys and games, along with scatter cushions on the sofa. The dining room has a table with chairs.High chair available on request travel cot
Washing machine plumbed in in outside shed to the rear of caravan +rotary clothes dryer with pegs There is a £50 Security Returnable Bond on the Caravsn that is paid back within 2-3 days of caravan being checked and everything is as it was .

Outside you will find a glass garden table with parasol and 4 chairs (royal blue).

We provide complimentary tea, sugar, coffee, washing up liquid and toilet paper as standard.

Location

Skipsea Sands Holiday Park in East Yorkshire, has an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, steam room, gym, sunbeds, a bowling alley, 2 children's parks with slides and swing, a fishing lake, clubhouse, Boat House restaurant, sports bar, arcades, a shop and launderette, soft ball area and fish and chip shop just to the side.

Next door is Skipsea Beach Club where you will find entertainment at weekends in season, although it is open all year round for bingo and weekly quizzes.
