This is our NEW 2018 upgraded - THREE bed-roomed, six berth, Swift Bordeaux Exclusive luxury holiday home for hire on Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village in Somerset, which benefits from Double Glazing, GAS Central heating and its own reserved parking space right outside the door.

We offer our ‘home from home’ for your comfort, which comprises:

Kitchen
Well equipped and modern, the kitchen includes a full size gas oven and hob with cooker hood extractor, a microwave, kettle, toaster, large integrated fridge/freezer and all the pans, crockery, glasses and utensils. There is also lots of cupboard space for storage and a dining area with free standing dining table and chairs.

Lounge
French doors open out onto a raised veranda deck. Within the lounge you will find a large 42" flat screen TV with remote control and DVD player, lots of comfortable seating and storage space, a pull-out sofa bed for 2 if required, a coffee table, feature fire and carpet flooring.
Double Duvet - is available ........( DOUBLE Duvet Cover and pillow cases ARE REQUIRED)

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a KING size bed, 22” flat screen TV/DVD player with remote control, an overhead light plus additional bedside lamps on the bedside cabinets, a dressing table with mirror and double wardrobe with coat hangers. It also benefits from having an en-suite bathroom . (KING SIZE Duvet Cover and pillow cases with king size bottom sheet ARE REQUIRED)

1st x Twin Bedroom
Two single beds and a wardrobe with coat hangers.
(2 x Single Duvet Covers and pillow cases with single bottom sheet ARE REQUIRED )

2nd Twin Bedroom
Two single beds and a wardrobe with coat hangers.

Family Bathroom
Shower, WC and wash basin.

Duvet and pillows are INCLUDED in the rental price.

However, bed linen (duvet covers 1 x king, 1 x double 2 x single,bottom sheets and pillow cases, ) are not included, so please remember to bring your own with you, along with towels and tea towels.

Gas and electricity is included in the rental price.

Entertainment passes are not included in our rental price, but are available to purchase separately direct from Haven.

However they do cap the prices for full occupancy and it works out a lot cheaper.

Bookings & Conditions

A £50 non-refundable reservation deposit is to be paid on booking to guarantee your dates. The full balance must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

If the start date is less than 6 weeks from booking, all monies (including damage deposit) is to be paid on booking.

We ask for a £100 damage security deposit when you pay your final balance, which will be refunded to you within one week of us checking the holiday home and no damage, loss or breakages found or the need for an excessive clean.

We reserve the right to charge for any specialist cleaning or repairs for damage incurred during your stay.

We have a strict no smoking/vaping policy in our holiday home and pets DOGS are NOT allowed on the park at any time.

We are unable to accept Hen or Stag Parties.

Your holiday home will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and we ask you to please leave it in a good condition on departure please.
