This 2016 luxury Lodge is privately owned and has an enviable position overlooking the sea and beautiful Cornish countryside at Seaview Holiday Village. The picturesque fishing village of Polperro is less than a mile away and the small town of Looe only 3 miles.
The 40’ x 20’ Lodge is light and spacious with double glazed windows and central heating (included) for those chillier evenings. There is accommodation for up to 6 people with many of the facilities you will need for a relaxing home from home holiday in beautiful Cornwall.
A comfortable and relaxing area with a large 3 seated sofa and 2 seated sofa bed.
There is a flat screen TV with Freeview, a separate DVD player with a selection of DVD’s, a Wii with a selection of games, books and board games including children’s games for your use. Patio doors to balcony.
Extending dining table with chairs, bar stools to breakfast bar and patio doors to the balcony.
A tub chair and binoculars are provided for you to sit in comfort and watch the ships passing by and in the distance Eddystone Lighthouse.
A well-equipped open plan kitchen with under counter fridge and separate freezer, integrated gas oven and combination microwave, gas five burner hob and slim-line dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc.
Stunning views over Talland Bay and surrounding countryside with table, chairs and umbrella for al fresco dining, two further chairs are provided for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views.
Washing machine, sink iron and ironing board, cleaning materials.
King size bed, wall lights, plenty of drawer space and a wall mounted TV, a walk through with 2 double wardrobes and door to en-suite.
With a full-size bath with shower over, ‘his and hers’ hand basins and toilet.
2 x full length 3’ twin beds, drawer unit and wardrobe, wall mounted TV. Door to shower room.
Accessed from the twin bedroom and the hallway, it has a walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet.
A family pass for 1 week for 2 adults and 2 children is included or 2 adult passes only where children are not included in the booking, these are required to access the entertainment, games and pool areas.
Electricity and gas are included.
1 parking space is available alongside the lodge; further parking is available at designated areas throughout the site.
All bedding / linen is provided including bath and hand towels. We request that these towels are not used for the pool or beach. Separate towels are provided for use in these areas.
Strictly NO SMOKING in the Lodge please.
Dogs are not permitted in the Lodge, however, for people with allergies please be aware that pets have been in the Lodge previously.
It is Seaview's policy that no large single sex groups are allowed within the site e.g. hen/stag parties.
A deposit of £100 secures your booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A £100 good housekeeping/key bond is payable with the balance; this is refundable following inspection of the lodge within 10 days of your departure.
Holiday insurance against loss or personal accident/injury is not included. If this insurance is required please make your own arrangements prior to arrival.
