This privately owned holiday lodge on Seaview Holiday Village in Polperro, occupies an enviable position on this family friendly holiday park in Cornwall.
Just a 40 minute drive from Plymouth, this stylish, luxury lodge boasts breathtaking views overlooking both the sea and beautiful Cornish countryside. The picturesque fishing village of Polperro is less than a mile away and the small town of Looe only 3 miles.
Our 40’ x 20’ lodge is light and spacious, with double glazed windows and central heating (included in the rental price) for those chillier evenings.
It comes fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing home from home holiday in beautiful Cornwall.
The lodge can sleep 6 people and has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite facilities, including a full size bath! The second bedroom has two 3’ beds and a door leading into the shower room, which has a walk-in shower etc.
The open plan kitchen/diner comes fully equipped and has a separate fridge and freezer, a built-in oven, microwave and a dishwasher. The dining room table is extendable and has four chairs. There are also two bar stools to the kitchen worktop.
The lounge area has a three seater sofa and a two seater sofa bed, a TV, DVD player and selection of films, along with a Wii console with games, several board games and books.
The lodge also benefit from having a utility room that houses a washing machine and sink.
The price includes all bedding, towels and pool towels.
