Caravan Description
This is our 2 bedroom, 6 berth, 2015 Atlas Leisure holiday home for hire on Rockley Park.
The double bedroom comprises: Double full length wardrobe with storage above; Overhead storage (two small cupboards and shelves); Mirror and shelf with plugs; Double bed with interior sprung mattress and mattress cover; Under bed storage; Bedside tables with shelves; Duvets and pillows.
The twin bedroom comprises: Two free standing metal beds with interior sprung mattress (can be pushed together to make a double); Mattress protectors; Over head storage (two small cupboards with shelves in between); One half size wardrobe; Mirror with self and plug; Duvets and pillows.
In the bathroom there is a large power shower, toilet, sink and over the toilet shelves.
Within the kitchen you will find: A broom cupboard; Full gas cooker; Under counter fridge with ice box freezer; Microwave; Toaster and Kettle; Lots of cupboards; Utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, oven dishes, saucepans and frying pans.
The living room and dining room comprise: Large corner sofa with pull-out bed; 32" TV with built-in DVD, Freeview, HDMI and USB ports; Under TV storage; Electric fire with under fire storage (shelves and two cupboards) and a mantelpiece with mirror above; Dining table with seating.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. If this is not paid in full 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date, it will be cancelled and you will lose the deposit.
We also ask for a £100 deposit for any damages to cover our insurance. If everything is as it should be when our cleaners have been in after your departure, we will refund this within 10 days.
We ask that you do not smoke or bring pets. We have three children who love to enjoy the caravan, so if we find evidence of either it will result in the loss of your £100 security deposit and an additional charge of £80 for deep cleaning.
We supply duvets and pillows, but NOT bed linen, towels or tea towels.
We do NOT supply Entertainment Passes - these can be picked up on site at the Haven Reception.
All we ask is that you have a lovely holiday and love and respect our holiday home.

About the Area
Our caravan is situated in Purbeck Veiw on Rockley Park, which is close to the amazing facilities, yet not close enough to cause a disturbance. It's also only a short stroll from Ham Common where you will find some beautiful paths along the cliffs, offering the most amazing views across the bay.Rockley Park itself is amazing with great facilities, including: Its own beach with water sports; Beach Park; Coffee shop at the beach; Ham Common; Crazy golf; Bungee Trampolining; Football courts; Archery; Play park; Climbing wall; Arts and craft centre (pottery, painting, sand art etc.); Spar shop; Fish & Chip takeaway; Fish restaurant; Papa John's pizza take away; Arcades; Clubhouse; Restaurant/Bar with indoor play; Indoor swimming pool with flumes, splash park and Water Walkerz; Outside pool and baby pool; Spa for a bit of pampering (you time).

If you wish to venture off site, Rockley Park is only a short drive from the beautiful Corfe Castle, Bournemouth, Poole, Sandbanks, Swanage, Westbourne and Weymouth.
