Caravan Description
There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with single beds that can be moved together to make further doubles if preferred. There is also a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, cutlery, pots and
pans etc.
The lounge has plenty of seating space to watch the Freeview TV supplied.
There is a shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Although the lounge is heated by a gas fire, everything else is electric -
all of which is included in the rental price.

About the Area
The caravan is sited on Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park in East Sussex and isapproximately 10 minutes' walk from the nearest beach, which goes on for
miles.
Rye harbour is roughly 10 minutes' drive away and Camber Sands beach is 20
minutes away. Hasting is also a 10 minute drive.
On site there is entertainment in the club house/bar which also offers
excellent food. Alternatively, we are close to Hastings town centre which
has a selection of restaurants, takeaway outlets and bars.
