Our caravan is a beautiful, brand new, 38ft x 12ft, double glazed and centrally heated, 'Prestige' 2017 Bordeaux Swift with 3 bedrooms, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the rolling green hills.
The master bedroom has a large dressing table area, fitted wardrobe and en-suite with WC and basin. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms and a double pull-out bed in the lounge area.
The bathroom has a large shower, WC and basin, which is situated off the hallway.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a full height fridge/freezer, gas cooker and hob, microwave and a 6 place dining table and chairs.
In the lounge there is a 32" colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, Bluetooth sound system, fire, 2 comfortable sofas and a coffee table with pull-out foot stools. The French doors lead onto full decking with an 8ft veranda to the front and side with plenty of tables and seating.
To the side of the caravan there is also a paved patio area and a small garden. Parking is situated directly in front of the caravan.
Bookings & Conditions
A £75 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with full payment required 6 weeks prior to the booked start date.
An £100 refundable security deposit is also required upon booking and will be refunded within 7-10 days of vacating, providing there is no loss or damages.
Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Just a short stroll from the caravan are all the facilities Weymouth Bay Holiday Park offer, including a clubhouse, restaurant, bars, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, amusement arcade, children’s playground, sports area, launderette and supermarket.Entertainment passes can be purchased from reception. These are not included in our rental price.
Pretty Bowleaze Cove is a 5 minute walk away along a footpath, where you will find café, supermarket, gift shop and children’s funfair.
The golden sands of Weymouth beach, harbour and shops are a 10 minute drive away or there is a bus stop directly outside the park.
Other nearby attractions include Monkey World, Corfe Castle and Portland Bill Lighthouse, to name but a few.
