We are pleased to offer our 3 bedroom Cosalt Carlton caravan to let on Parkdean's Newquay Holiday Park.

The caravan boasts a spacious lounge area with a corner sofa, modern gas fire and flatscreen Freeview TV. The sofa can convert into a pull-out double bed.

The kitchen diner includes a dining table with 6 chairs, oven/hob, microwave, fridge and freezer.

The master bedroom is a good size, with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table. Two further bedrooms are provided, with a generous single and twin beds respectively. All bedrooms have overhead storage.

The bathroom with shower, and separate toilet complete the accommodation.

The caravan also offers gas central heating, double glazing and mains electricity throughout.

All utilities e.g. water, electricity and gas, are included.

The caravan is situated in a peaceful area of Newquay Holiday Park (in a zone which doesn't allow dogs), yet is still only a short walk from the three on-site swimming pools and entertainment complex.

Newquay Holiday Park is situated conveniently between the town centre and Newquay Airport. It is only a short drive from local attractions, such as Fistral Beach, Newquay Zoo and Watergate Bay.

On site facilities include: Three heated outdoor pools with 200 ft water slide; Tegenna bar and grill with Costa Coffee; Entertainment complex with kids' club; Convenience store with off licence; 9 hole pitch and putt golf; American pool room with darts; Amusements; Assault course and play area; Wildlife nature trail; Launderette; Cash machine; Free Wi-Fi.
