Caravan Description
Our beautiful Cosalt Carlton caravan for hire on Waterside Leisure Park in Ingoldmells is fully double glazed and sited on a very quiet and spacious plot with lovely views over the open countryside.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms and sleeps four. Bedroom 1 has a brand new double deep sprung mattress, wardrobe and drawer space, while bedroom 2 has 2 single beds a wardrobe and storage.
The lounge is extremely comfortable, with sofas, a dining table and seating, flat screen TV.
There is a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full size gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge with ice box and everything else you will need.
The bathroom is a good size with shower, WC and hand basin. There is also a separate second WC with hand basin.
Heating in the caravan is by way of a gas fire in the lounge, blow heaters in the bedroom and heaters in the bathrooms.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Sorry we cannot accept single sex bookings.
We would kindly ask that you leave our caravan in a clean and tidy manner, ready for the next holiday maker to enjoy.
We require a £50.00 security deposit at time of booking.

About the Area
Waterside Leisure Park is a lovely, well-run and quiet site, with the advantage of night time security, which is open between March and November.There is a well-stocked fishing lake on site (fees daily or weekly) and a further 4 lakes nearby.
The gorgeous sandy beach is 2 minutes from our caravan and a short stroll along the promenade brings you to cafés, bars and restaurants. Shops for provisions are a 5 minute stroll away.
Ingoldmells market is a 10 minute walk, with Butlin's and Skegness a 10 minute drive away. Alternatively, the bus stop is just outside the park.
There are several golf courses in the area too, both 9 and 18 holes.
