Caravan Description
Our privately owned caravan on Littlesea Holiday Park is situated in a quiet location with views over Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach. To the side of the caravan there is a grassed area for sunbathing, a picnic table and also a hard standing parking space.
The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated and so ideal for holiday breaks in all seasons.
The spacious living area has plenty of seating, a 40" TV with DVD and a Bluetooth music system. Double doors lead out onto the veranda to enjoy the magnificent views. A dining table and 4 chairs are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as kitchen cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls etc.
The large main bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage space and has an en-suite with a bath and shower, toilet and wash basin.
The second bedroom contains two full size single beds and also has a wardrobe and drawers.
The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

Booking Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 10% or £100 (whichever is the greater) is required at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking within 8 weeks of the start date then full payment is required.
An additional £75 should also be included with your deposit/full payment to cover any damages or breakages etc that may occur during your stay. This will be returned to you after the caravan has been checked over on your leave date.
We ask that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish being removed to the onsite bins.
We have a strict no pets and no smoking or vaping policy. Failure to comply may result in the deposit being retained to cover deep cleaning costs.

About the Area
The Littlesea Haven park is a family site with plenty of amenities for everyone.The site comprises indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, amusement arcade, tennis courts, crazy golf and other sports.
Haven Club passes (at an additional charge) are required to use these facilities which can be obtained from Reception when you arrive.
Facilities include (but not limited to): bars and restaurant, bouncy castle, entertainment, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, a playground, amusements, tennis courts, crazy golf and sports pitch, along with Wi-Fi.
It should be noted that in low season not all facilities provided by Haven may be open.
The site also has a fish and chip shop, Papa John's Pizza (who will deliver to your caravan), Starbucks coffee shop and a Nisa shop.
The Mash & Barrel, which is open all day, opens to provide food and drink at reasonable prices and has indoor and outdoor seating with great views over Fleet Lagoon and Chesil beach.
In the evening why not visit the Showbar, which provides great entertainment for all the family.
A regular bus service runs from Littlesea Holiday Park down to Weymouth sea front, enabling you the enjoyment of visiting the wider area without the need to drive. The seafront is great for all the family with sandy beaches, amusements, fairground rides, shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. Weymouth harbour is a great place to have a drink and watch the boats come and go.
Weymouth has many other attractions too, including the Sea Life Centre, Adventure Park & Tower, Weymouth Pavilion and Jordan Hill Roman Temple to name just a few.
Ideal days out just a short drive from Weymouth are Monkey World, The Tank Museum, and the Isle of Portland.
