Our caravan is situated in a lovely position, five minutes from the beach and close to all local amenities.
It is a very spacious, two bedroom, 32 x 12 ABI Arizona that provides everything you will need for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, two double wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe with shelves. The second bedroom has two single beds, ample cupboard space and a fitted wardrobe.
The caravan is well-equipped with everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday, including a flat screen TV, Freeview Sky box (you can bring your own card to view further channels) and a DVD in the lounge, along with an electric fire and additional electric heaters if required. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and slow cooker and ample cooking utensils and pots. There are plenty of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment and a CD player and docking station.
The caravan has a full length decking, complete with a patio table, parasol and chairs.
Electricity and gas are included in the price.
We provide all quilts and pillows, but not duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases or towels. A travel cot is also available if required and a hairdryer is provided in the master bedroom.
Terms & Conditions
A minimum non-refundable deposit of £50 (per week booked) will secure your holiday dates and must be paid within 5 days of making the booking. It the deposit isn't paid within this time your chosen dates will be made available to other holidaymakers.
The remaining balance is due 28 days before the start of your holiday.
At the time of paying your balance we will also require an additional £75 refundable bond. This will be returned to you within 10 days of leaving the caravan if, when checked, the caravan is found to be in good condition with no damage, loss, breakages, signs of smoking or evidence of pets.
No single sex group bookings.
As this is a family holiday park we accept bookings from families and couples only.

About the Area
Kings Caravan Park is a quiet, family run site in Chapel St Leonards. It's close to shops, bars, cafés and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and only a short 5 minute walk from the beach and sea front.On Site there is a club with a large children's room providing nightly live entertainment, as well as bingo and weekly Saturday auctions. The club also serves food on a daily basis, including breakfasts, evening meals and Sunday lunch.
There are regular buses to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Sutton-on-Sea and Mablethorpe. The bus stop is just outside the chalet park.
