Welcome to our luxury 2014 ABI Roxbury caravan at Silver Sand Holiday Park in Lossiemouth, which is situated along the beautiful Moray coast of Scotland.
The caravan is just a two minute walk from the sandy shores of Lossiemouth beach - our kids absolutely love the caves and rock pools there.
We are aiming to rent out our caravan to loving families who will love and respect our caravan as much as we do.
The ABI Roxbury provides you with a graceful, attractive and well-designed holiday home that boasts central heating and full double glazing.
There is a very spacious lounge, which has double pull-out bed, large plasma TV with Sky Freeview, a DVD player, PlayStation 3 and boom bar.
The kitchen is fully operational, with an in-built microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and powered cooker hood. There is also a Tassimo coffee machine.
In the master bedroom you will discover stylish pendant lighting, a dressing table, walk-in-wardrobe, leather effect headboard and king size bed. There is also a TV with Sky Freeview and an en-suite toilet with sink
The twin bedroom has two single beds and in-built cupboards.
In the main bathroom there is a very roomy shower with instant hot water, along with a toilet and wash basin.
The caravan is situated in an ideal spot where the lounge has the view of the beautiful lighthouse. Behind the caravan is the children's play park.
Bed linen, tea towels, dish cloths, a hairdryer, tea, coffee, sugar and toilet rolls are provided, along with an iron and ironing board.
A high chair, bottle warmer and steriliser are also provided. A bed guard can be provided if you wish.
Strictly no pets, no smoking and no same gender groups allowed - just nice, loving families please.
Please remember to bring your own towels.

Silver Sands Holiday Park is a fabulous site for your kids to take their bikes and scooters and explore freely. All the usual facilities are on site too, including:- Clubhouse - this is where your entertainment takes place, including live bands, bingo, kids’ discos etc.

Close to Lossiemouth there are many things to see, do and visit for both young and old. RAF Lossiemouth is right next to Silver Sands for all the plane spotters amongst you.
The town of Elgin is only ten minutes away by car. Here you will find everything to keep the kids happy, from soft play centres, leisure centres, a bowling centre and Johnston's Cashmere centre to the Speyside Distillery trail and Elgin museum.
