Caravan Description
Our luxury, platinum graded, privately owned static caravan is located at Haven's Perran Sands Holiday Park and boasts stunning sea views overlooking Perranporth beach and sand dunes.
This brand new, 2016 model has full central heating and double glazing throughout.
The master bedroom is spacious and includes a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite. The twin bedroom has two 3' single beds, a wardrobe and plenty of storage.
In the family bathroom there is a double size shower, WC, wash basin, towel rail and storage.
The kitchen area is large and well-fitted and includes a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and full size oven with hob, along with a table and four chairs.
The living area offers luxurious 2 and 3 seater settees, a 42" flat screen TV, along with an integrated stereo system with ceiling speakers. Patio doors open out to an 8ft x 16ft decked balcony, which overlooks Perranporth beach and stunning sunsets.

Our caravan is located on Perran Sands Holiday Park; a Haven holiday park that provides indoor and outdoor heated pools, along with Live Lounge entertainment complex with entertainment shows, arcade bars and restaurants including a fish and chip shop and Papa John's Pizza.The Park is great for kids, with bike rental, crazy golf and activity clubs
There's also a well-equipped shop for all your daily needs and a small gym.
Some facilities require Fun Works entertainment passes, which can be purchased directly from Haven.
Perran Sands is ideally located for Cornwall's other great attractions too, such as the Eden Project, Crealy's Adventure Park, Flambards theme park and Healy's Cornish Cider Farm to name but a few.
The South West coastal path runs through the dunes at Perranporth Sands.
Nearby towns include Truro, Newquay, Padstow, Falmouth and St Ives.
