3 bedroom cottage in a quiet corner of the family friendly Holiday Park, overlooking woodland and fields.
This pretty cottage comprises:
Ground Floor
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with 3-seater sofa, 2 arm chairs, a dining table seating 6, stereo, TV/DVD with a good selection of DVDs, plus games and books. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with a double oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
We provide free Wi-fi at the property.
The bathroom is also on the ground floor and comprises a bath with shower over, WC and basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedside cabinets and recess wardrobe with shelving and hanging space.
Bedroom 2 with twin single beds (that cannot be pushed together), 1 bedside table and a recess wardrobe space.
Bedroom 3 with a single bunk bed, 1 bedside table and a recess wardrobe space.
The cottage has good quality, portable, electric heaters for the cooler winter evenings and the house has also recently been double glazed, so is a perfect base any time of the year.
This property is pet friendly. But as its a small place we can only accommodate a maximum of two small or one medium size dog or cat. They must be house trained, no puppies or kittens and not the sort that likes to chew or scratch furniture! No dog to be left in the house alone.

About the Area
Outside the cottage there is a small terrace area with bench style table. All other areas on the park are communal, but are pretty and well looked after.During the season (March to end October) you'll have free access to the park's facilities, which include: a heated indoor swimming pool; squash court and tennis court; bar and restaurant; launderette and shop; clubhouse with nightly entertainment.
Tolroy Manor Holiday Park is situated 1 mile from Hayle, which has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops.
You're also only 1.5 miles to the nearest beach (you can see it from the park) and you're also less than a 10 minute drive from many other gorgeous West Cornwall beaches, St Ives and Penzance.
The park is dog friendly but dogs must be kept on the lead at all times.
