Caravan Description
Centrally located on the edge of the New Forest National Park, 25 miles from the M27 and set on a cliff top location this, our 2004 Carnaby Belvedere family owned caravan sleeps up to six people.
It comprises: lounge with cream corner sofa that pulls out into a double bed; fitted kitchen/diner; two bathrooms, one en-suite with a shower; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds.
There are heaters in the lounge and the main bedroom and a portable heater is available for use in the twin bedded room should you need it.
In the lounge you will find a 27" flat screen TV with Freeview and a built-in DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs and board games for your use.
In the kitchen there is an electric cooker with a fan assisted oven, a microwave, toaster and fridge with a freezer compartment. The caravan is also well-stocked with crockery, glasses, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.
Along one side of the caravan is decking, which has a sloping ramp leading up, making for easy access if you have a wheelchair/pram etc. There is a table, bench and 6 plastic chairs, plus a barbecue for your use.
Parking is available alongside.
Bookings
There is a non refundable deposit of £50.00 to guarantee your booking and the balance due 5 weeks before your arrival date.
We also require a £100.00 security deposit which is held against damage/extra cleaning this is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Club membership is not included in the price but can be purchased in advance by myself at a reduced cost.

About the Area
Hoburne Naish is a 100 acre holiday park perched up on the cliff with views across to the Isle of Wight and the Purbeck Hills. There is direct access to the sandy beach via a path and coastal walks to Mudeford for some crabbing or along the cliff top to Barton-on-Sea, which has the award winning Pebble Beach restaurant.The New Forest market towns of Lymington and Christchurch are a short drive away and if you want the bright lights then Bournemouth is close by.
This is also an excellent base from which to explore the New Forest or to catch a ferry to the Isle of Wight from nearby Lymington.
Hoburne Naish grew up around a 17th century farmhouse, which has just undergone a total refurbishment. There is a brasserie and a more informal eating area, lively entertainment takes place in the Venue and there is plenty for the children to enjoy from Sammy the seahorse and friends in the children's club to an outdoor play area, a children's splash pool arcade, crazy golf and a nature trail.
Hoburne Naish boasts a fully-equipped fitness suite with a sauna and steam room, plus indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
