This is a Luxury Delta Sienna, three bedroom static caravan for hire on the 5* Trevella Park, in Crantock, Newquay.

The caravan sleeps a total of 6 people easily and 8 at a squash in a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.

It comes with a fully equipped, modern kitchen which has a four ring gas cooker, microwave and full size fridge freezer, along with an extensive range of crockery and utensils. We also provide a Hoover, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

There is a TV/DVD player in the lounge and on the sunny deck there is a picnic table and chairs.

A private, gravel car parking space adjoins the caravan.

Gas, electric is included in the price, linen can be provided but NOT towels.

Bookings are accepted for couples and families only.

Linen can be provided and there is no extra charge for pet dogs.

This caravan is meticulously clean, I get lots of returns and have had no complaints. My prices are 25% cheaper than Trevella itself and I do not charge for pets. If there are only two of you your linen is also provided free.
Our fantastic Sienna by Delta, three bedroom family and pet friendly static holiday home to rent, located on the 4.5* Trevella Holiday Park in beautiful Cornwall. Perfect beach days, dogs with lots of dog friendly beaches, pubs, cafes etc, walking fishing and plenty for children to do.

It is in a quiet location on the park, with no drive by traffic, and looks on to a pond that ducks and swans use, which is fenced.

The caravan benefits from having a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping 6 comfortably and at a push, 8.
A spacious family bathroom with shower and wash basin with separate toilet including wash basin.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, along with a fridge/freezer, microwave and gas cooker/oven, toaster & kettle.

The lounge has a 32" LED TV with freeview and remote control gas fire.

Outside our gated decking provides furniture perfect for afternoon tea/drinks.

Allocated parking is available at the caravan for your vehicle.

Gas, electric and water included in the rental price, bed linen can be supplied at £20 per week, free for 2 people.
Pets are free (well behaved dogs).

Families and couples only.

About the Area

Trevella Park is situated approximately 2.5 miles from Newquay town centre and 8 miles from Newquay airport; the local bus service to town stops right outside of the park. It is also close to the A30 to visit a host of attractions.

Trevella Park has two fishing lakes, a children's play area and activities, a café, shop, launderette two fishing lakes, mini golf, heated swimming pool, adventure playground, a gallery and bike hire.

Crantock beach is approximately a 15 minute walk along the Gannel Estuary coastal path.

Newquay has a host of beautiful beaches too, as well as supermarkets, pubs and local eateries.

Watergate 12 backs on to farm fields and is in a very peaceful area of Trevella with no ‘drive through/past traffic’.
