Our 3 bedroom, double glazed, central heated, Atlas Sahara caravan is situated in the Sandhills area of Butlin's Resort in Skegness.
recently reupholstered.
It benefits from a separate toilet and shower room.
There's a kitchen and large lounge, with wrap-around seating in the dining area.
The three bedrooms comprise a large main bedroom with king size bed and two twin bedded rooms. There's also a small double pull-out bed in the lounge.
We have a 32" TV with PlayStation 2 and DVD player, along with a selection of PS2 games and DVDs for you to enjoy.
We provide a travel cot. There is also an iron, ironing board and Hoover for your use
Outside there is a large patio area with table and chairs.
Terms and Conditions
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. A £75 deposit is required for adult weekends.
your holiday payment is due in full 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
Deposits are returned following your departure and after the caravan has been checked and no loss/damage is found or the need for an excessive clean. your deposit is non refundable should you cancel your holiday or fail to make payment in full by date due.
Prices include 5 passes and all utility bills.

About the Area
Our caravan is situated in a cul-de-sac in the Sandhills area of Butlin's Skegness caravan village, with many activities to enjoy for free, such as the swimming pool, indoor play area for the younger ones, a funfair, tennis courts and snooker hall, which is also home to table tennis tables and dart boards.For an additional charge there is also ten pin bowling, a cinema, Quaser, pool tables, crazy golf and a spa for the adults.
The site also provides direct access to the beach.
Very close by is Skegness town centre where you will find the seal sanctuary, fun fair, theatre, aquarium, crazy golf and a variety of arcades.
A short distance up the road in the other direction is Fantasy Island, a large outdoor market, fun fair, arcades, beach access, shops and food outlets.
Also close by is Skegness Stadium for banger racing.
