Caravan Description

We have a 3 bedroom, 6 berth caravan for hire at Holiday Resort Unity in Brean Sands, Somerset.

The accommodation we offer is of a very good standard, as you can see from the photographs. It is bright, clean and spacious and sleeps up to six people.

We have the traditional design, which features a lounge at the front of the caravan, along with a central kitchen/dining area, with all the bedrooms situated at the rear of the caravan.

The kitchen is well equipped for families or couples, with plastic dishes, cups etc. as well as stranded dishware in addition to all the regular equipment such as a fridge and microwave.

We have a 32" Smart TV/DVD combi in the main living area, with a selection of DVDs for you all to enjoy. We also have family board games, a Wii console and games, colouring books and pens, and children's books and toys just in case of a rainy day!

In the enclosed garden area there is a patio table and chairs, along with a children's enclosed, small trampoline and swing plus other outdoor games and toys. A BBQ is also available should you wish to use it, but please clean after use.

A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter and a packet of biscuits will be awaiting you on arrival.

All beds will be made up on arrival with sheets, duvets and pillow cases. I also have bedding for the travel cot should it be required.

We welcome dogs in caravan, they will be charged at £20 per week, for 1 dog and £15 part week. We would ask that dogs are not allowed on the beds and that you use the doggy bags provided by us to keep the garden area clean. Dog bowls and plastic beds can be provided should you need them.

Conditions of Rental

We accept bookings for weeks or short breaks, although during the last two weeks of July and all of August bookings will only be taken for weekly lets due to high demand. Please contact us should you wish to check for availability and price.

Entertainment passes are charged at £4.50 per person, per day with children aged 4 and under free. These passes enable you to have concessions on entry into Brean splash world and soft play as well as discount for Brean leisure park rides and attractions, alongside half price golf, although pre-booking is advisable for this as it's very popular. You also have free entry into any of Unity Farm's 3 clubhouses, all providing daily activities and entertainment for children of all ages. Additional passes are charged at £3 per person, per night.

You will receive a free vehicle pass, but should you wish to have more than one car on site there is a daily charge of £2.50, but the second car cannot be parked outside the caravan; it must be parked on one of car parks provided on site.

These are conditions of rental that we have no control over - all persons occupying a holiday home must have a pass (this is a site rule).
