Caravan Description
Our Delta Denby, 2 bedroom caravan is situated in the newest part of Newquay Holiday Park - The Sycamores.
It sits in a corner plot with hedgerows at the back and side of the caravan, which means that it is not overlooked from the back and one side - creating privacy. There is a large sunny garden plot directly outside the doors (approx. 40ft x 15ft) which is ideal for barbecues and just relaxing on the grass.
As the first owners on this new part of the site, we were fortunate to be able to select this prime location.
There is a tarmac private parking space directly to the side of the caravan.
The modern caravan is immaculate inside and comprises of an unusually large living area with wraparound seating and an open plan kitchen and dining area.
The living area contains a flat screen 32" TV and separate DVD player, along with some books and DVDs for your use. The seating area also converts into a double bed.
The kitchen area contains an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and DAB radio.
Leading off from the open plan living area is a twin bedroom, with two twin beds and a wardrobe. The larger bedroom contains a double bed and a large walk-in closet.
The bathroom is accessed either via the double bedroom or from the small hall area. It contains a powerful modern large shower with glass enclosure, a toilet and sink.
There is central heating throughout with an additional gas fire in the living area.
All linen is provided and beds will be freshly made-up for your arrival.

About the Area
Newquay Holiday Park is situated approximately 3 miles from Newquay, with regular buses running from just outside the site into the centre.The park is well maintained with lush landscape and wildlife; signs give information on local flora and fauna.
Facilities on site include:
3 heated open-air swimming pools (open 1st May - 20th September) with regular organised activities.
9 hole pitch and putt - equipment able to hire from reception.
Large club house with restaurant, bar area and entertainments area (passes available for purchase from reception for entertainments) Free Wi-Fi also available.
Convenience store with off licence, laundrette and amusement arcade.
There are beaches a short drive away, including Porth, Watergate and Crantock; approximately 12 minutes by car. All local beaches have surf hire available.
The Park is ideally situated to reach many of the world renowned Cornish attractions including, Padstow, St Ives, The Eden project and numerous child friendly attractions.
