This is a new 2014, 38 x 12, luxury Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, 2 bedroom, 6- berth, and is sited on one of the best positions, a plot that gives you a front facing enviable sea view.
You have spectacular views over the Atlantic from our elevated balcony, where you can see far reaching over to Gull Rocks in the distance. The stunning sunset views are also unforgettable.
From our holiday home, you are just footsteps away from the sand dunes and pathway that gives you very easy direct access to this stunning Cornish beach, which is private, and also has life guards at peak times.
From here you will see the gorgeous turquoise waters, Atlantic rollers and powder white sands. It really is a paradise for families, surfers and body boarders alike.
We are also fortunate to have a private patio area, perfect for eating outside whilst the kids are playing or ideal for leaving your buggy outside, or other items on a fine day. To the other side of the caravan ample parking for one/two cars.
The on-site amenities are also just around the corner, so not too far to walk, but also at a distance where there is no disturbance from the night time entertainment. In the summer time the park train stops nearby, which is free to use should you wish to go to another part of the park.
It is graded as Platinum with the little extras and touches that will make your holiday even more special.
There is a lovely balcony that directly looks over Perranporth Bay, where you can sit at the table and chairs and admire the lovely view of the sparkling sea, relaxing and enjoying your coffee and breakfast or lunch, or what every you prefer!
It is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout.
The spacious lounging area is bright and airy, with two comfortable sofas and a free standing coffee table. It has everything you could want with added luxury, we have a 40-inch TV with DVD player and Bluetooth in the lounge area. There is an electric fire for chilly evenings.
It has a stylish open plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and other practical features such as a microwave, kettle, toaster, integral fridge-freezer, full sized oven and hob - all you need to provide are your own tea-towels.
The master bedroom has plenty of storage, along with a 5ft bed, hair dryer and small TV, wardrobes and drawers and a lovely vanity dressing table leading through to an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom is a twin room, with beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed if preferred.
Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own sheets and bed linen or you can hire them from reception.
The main bathroom is off the hallway, where you will find a large shower and a modern wash basin and WC. You will need to provide your own towels.
As mentioned before there is a patio area plus outside light for your convenience.
Bookings & Conditions
A deposit of £100 will secure your booking, which can be paid via Bank transfer or debit card – please contact owner for details. This deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment is due within 8 weeks of holiday start date.
A fully refundable housekeeping and damage deposit of £50 is payable with the balance payment. This will be returned within ten days if you leave our holiday home clean and tidy as you found it, inventory and property checked.
Payments can be made in instalments if required. Booking confirmation will be issued with breakdown of payments
Check in from 3pm.
Check out by 10am.
Smoking is not permitted inside our holiday home. This is the comfort for all our guests.
Same sex groups are not permitted or stag/hen parties or under 21 groups (park rules and regulations).
