Caravan Description
We have a very well-maintained 6 berth caravan with veranda and outdoor seating situated at the popular Happy Days Holiday Park in Chapel St Leonards.
Our hire price includes free use of the outdoor heated swimming pool.
NEW - Arches pub has been extended to include a live entertainment room with patio doors leading onto the beer garden.
This 6 berth caravan is in excellent condition, offering plenty of storage and 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin room, both with wardrobe and unit storage. The bedrooms and bathroom are to the rear of this spacious caravan, meaning children can be separated from the kitchen and living room area in order to have a peaceful sleep.
Please note: pillows and duvets are provided, but you will be required to bring your own covers and bed sheets. Bed guards and a travel cot are available upon request.
The bathroom suite comprises toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
The kitchen offers a 4 ring hob, grill and oven, microwave oven, toaster and kettle, along with all cooking utensils etc.
Leading off from the kitchen area is a large dining table with a separate seating area, the lounge seating and a TV and Freeview, along with a gas fire.
Our caravan is in an ideal position allowing you to park right alongside on one of the driveways through the park; ideal in wet weather so you don't have to park on grass.
Bookings
A non refundable deposit of £50 will secure your booking. This will be taken off your final payment(not required until 6 weeks before arrival) unless you cancel.
A further refundable bond of £50 against damage and breakages will also be required at
the time of booking. This is repayable upon satisfactory inspection of the caravan
following your departure.

About the Area
Happy Days is a family orientated holiday park with plenty of on and off site facilities, which includes an outdoor heated pool, sports hall, amusements, Sue's restaurant, a laundrette, Archers pub which offers FREE Wi-Fi, Sky Sports and BT Sports, and the Happy Days club which is child friendly and has entertainment throughout the season. There is also a soft play area.Happy Days has beach access and local attractions such as Ingoldmells and Skegness are within range.
Local bus services run from just outside the site.
Locally you will find the beach, scenic walks, a nature reserve, golf course, amusements, pubs and clubs, a theme park, takeaway, fishing, historical attractions and an indoor pool.
