Caravan Description

Our family owned holiday home is fully equipped with everything you and your family need. Located on the Ty Mawr Holiday Park which is a Park Resorts park.

We have a wonderfully relaxing lounge area with dining table and chairs, a flat screen TV with built-in Freeview, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, plus family games; all for you and your family to enjoy.

The kitchen is also fully equipped and includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, ovenware and pans, all provided for your use.

The main bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and walk-in shower.

The caravan has one double bedroom with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space, a twin room with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a double, again with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space, and a twin room with bunk beds, which is only suitable for under 10's. There is also a very comfortable pull-out double bed in the lounge area.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers.

Gas and electricity is included in the cost of your holiday.

Bookings & Conditions

A £50 deposit is required on booking.

An extra £75 Damages Bond is required with the final balance, which will be returned within fourteen days of your departure, assuming no damage or loss has occurred.

Please note: should you wish to use the cabaret club you will need to buy passes from the reception, this is not mandatory if you do not wish to use the club or swimming pool. Please see Park Resorts website for further information about the park.

Due to strict site rules we can only accept bookings from couples or families. We are not allowed to accept bookings from single sexed groups.

On site facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool with water flume, a cabaret club, bingo, kids' clubs, large outdoor children's play areas, adventure playground, sports courts for basketball, football etc., amusement arcade and mini tenpin bowling. Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost.

There is also The Boathouse bar and restaurant, a fish and chip shop, launderette and shop.

The beach is a 10 minute walk away.

Off site there's lots to see and do within a 10 minute walking distance, including 2 funfairs, a weekly market, lots of pubs and plenty of beaches. A little further afield is Rhyl Sea Life Centre and Sun Centre, the Welsh castles of Rhuddlan, Conwy, Caernarfon and Bodelwyddan, Anglesey Sea Zoo, Snowdonia National Park, Orme with its cable cars and toboggan run, Llandudno with its pier and shopping, Colwyn Bay, Swallow Falls, Llanberis and the Welsh Mountain Zoo.
