Caravan Description
Our new 2015 Deluxe Delta Warmth caravan is situated in a good location on Haven Church Farm Holiday Village in Pagham, West Sussex.
The caravan is well insulated and has double glazing and central heating in all rooms. It also has a parking space for one car.
There are two bedrooms, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The main bedroom has an ensuite toilet and plenty of storage space, along with a comfortable double bed. There is a hairdryer for guests to use.
The second bedroom has twin beds or the twin beds can be placed together to make a double bed.
Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds. Guests must bring their own duvet covers and pillow cases, which helps to keep down the costs.
The shower room is a good size, with a hand wash basin and toilet.
The kitchen area has good working space and all the necessary equipment you will need to use whether you are preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or supper! There is a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and all the essential cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery to make it virtually home from home.
The lounge is a light, airy, roomy and comfortable, with an electric Warmglow fire, 32" TV and a CD/cassette/radio player. There are numerous CD's, DVD's and video tapes, with a choice of music and films to choose from, all of which can be played on the equipment in the lounge area. There are also books, games and puzzles for guests to use.
An ironing board and iron are provided.
Also available, free of charge, is a cot, travel cot and outside furniture, which consists of a table, 6 chairs and a parasol. A BBQ is also available for guests to use.
Gas and electricity is included in the rental cost.
Guests need to bring duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

About the Area
Haven's Church Farm Holiday Village is an award winning holiday destination and this is because of the very good range of facilities and activities that are on site.Both children and adults are very well catered for with activities such as swimming in the heated indoor and outdoor pools, crazy golf, 9 hole pitch and putt, bowls, tennis, archery, shooting, cycling, football, basketball and pool. There is an almost continual programme of children's activities and entertainment, both indoors and outdoors.
The entertainment centre contains a very good restaurant and bar and is open morning to late night with a very attractive range of meals and drinks. There is a club area that also has a bar and a varied range of entertainment is provided both for children and adults with different bands, singers, comedians and acts, as well as the entertainment staff who will keep guests well occupied throughout their stay.
If guests find they need supplies on site, there is a good shop with very helpful staff.
It is not necessary to stay on site and there are opportunities for some really good walks, visits to the local beach or the many other attractions just a short drive away; Chichester, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth, Arundel, Selsey, Fontwell and Goodwood South Downs are just a few of the places that are easily visited from Pagham.
Pagham itself has 4 pubs, Chinese, Indian and local food and drink providers, including fish and chip shops that will ensure guests will never be short of opportunities to eat and drink and enjoy the local atmosphere.
Local shops provide everything you will need for shopping, including a chemist and specialist meat, fish and vegetable suppliers.
