Caravan Description
We have a beautiful chalet style lodge for hire on the very popular Greenacres Holiday Park it Porthmadog, North Wales.
The lodge is just a 2 minute stroll from the world class beach at Black Rock Sands and also the same distance from the main entertainment centre, where you will find the swimming pool, sports lessons, restaurant, play area and games. There is also the main lounge where there are shows, both adult and child friendly, bars and children's activities are held.
The lodge itself has a full kitchen, spacious lounge (unlike a caravan), a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with full size beds. There is also a spare occasional bed in the lounge disguised as an ottoman.
In the bathroom there is a full bath with shower over, along with a wash basin and toilet.
At the front of the lodge there is a veranda with table and chairs looking onto a grassy area where you can have your barbecue/picnic.
The roadways are quiet and we are in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic, so there is plenty of room for children to play on bikes and scooters in safety.
The ducks will also help you to recycle any leftover bread you may have.

About the Area
Porthmadog is a small harbour town, with the steam train up and down the line every day. There are plenty of shops and just down the road is the world famous Port Meirion village.There are always lots of activities in the area, not least a walk up Snowdon, which is about 20 minutes away.
