Caravan Description

We have a 36 x 12, two bedroom, six berth ABI Vista Platinum caravan with double glazing and central heating on Haven's Skegness Holiday Park (formerly known as Richmond Holiday Centre).

New for 2023 new boiler for central heating and hot water with thermostat easy to control

It has a master bedroom with en-suite and numerous fitted wardrobes, along with a family bathroom with large shower.

Within the caravan there is a 32" colour TV with Freeview, a DVD player, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are fitted for your safety, together with caravan alarm system.

There is sun on the veranda all day, which is also gated for child security.

A hardstanding for a car is available at the side of the caravan.

For 2022 we had skirting around the caravan, also a ramp for easy access.

Everything you could require is in the caravan, the only thing you need to take are your top and bottom sheets for beds, plus pillowcases and towels.

Bookings & Conditions

Couples and families only.

Must be over 25 years of age.

Same sex groups are not allowed because of site rules.

We require a deposit of £50 per booking. This bond secures your holiday as a deposit and is then held as a security bond, to be refunded up to 10 days after the holiday, subject to the holiday home being left in a clean and tidy condition as found upon arrival. Deductions will be made for damages. Also, if the holiday home is not left to a suitable clean and tidy standard a £35 extra cleaning charge will be deducted from the bond before it is returned.

As the deposit secures the holiday, it is not refunded if you cancel the holiday.

All payments to be paid by sending us a cheque, to be paid 4 weeks before holiday commencing.

We also accept bank transfers.
