We have a modern 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan situated in a quiet spot on the award winning Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Devon.
The accommodation is spacious, modern, well equipped and located within a short walking distance of the site's many amenities and facilities.
The open plan living area comprises a lounge, dining area and kitchen. It is equipped with a 32" LED flat screen TV, DVD player and hard disk recorder. There’s also a selection of board games for all of the family to enjoy, as well as a small range of toys for toddlers.
The well-equipped and modern kitchen has a full sized cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided, as well as basic condiments. A dining room table with 6 chairs is also present.
The accommodation is heated by gas central heating, with an electric fire in the lounge.
The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. A hairdryer is also provided.
The two further bedrooms are both twin bedded rooms. However, one of the beds can be stored to provide additional space for a travel cot, which is also provided.
An additional sleeping area for two people can be created with the double sofa bed in the lounge area.
The bathroom contains a toilet, basin and a walk-in shower. In addition, there is a separate toilet with basin between the master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please provide your own bed linen and towels.
Electricity is included in the price. Gas is payable via a key card, which is payable at reception.
There is parking for one car at the caravan and an additional car can be parked in the car park located near to reception.
A late check out is available on request for an additional fee - subject to availability.

Venturing off site you will find a host of local attractions suitable for the whole family, from coastal walks to a family day out at Crealy Adventure Park, World of Country Life or The Donkey Sanctuary. A selection of leaflets is available in the accommodation and at reception.
Other local areas of interest include the towns and villages of Sidmouth, Honiton (with its Honiton lace and pottery), Newton Poppleford, Exmouth and Exeter. Paignton Zoo, Woodlands Adventure Park and beautiful Dartmoor are located slightly further afield.
