13 Paddocks is situated in a quiet and most sought after location on Butlin's Resort in Skegness, and is only a 3 minute walk from the main Butlin's complex.

This stunning, open aspect executive holiday home is beautifully finished in a modern, contemporary style with neutral colours throughout; an ideal choice for those families wanting a little bit more luxury.

The three bedrooms comprise a master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is also a small double sofa bed in the lounger. The master double bedroom includes a huge dressing table and fitted wardrobes to the side and also over the master bed, plus plenty of space for your personal items and clothes. To complete this we a have an en-suite with toilet and wash basin.

Further down the hall is our family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

To the front of our holiday home there are patio doors, complete with an enclosed veranda with a bistro set. To the side is a large gated veranda, also with a patio set. The veranda has steps to the front and back and offers easy access to the shed, which houses our washing machine.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector, which are regularly maintained.

You will need to provide your own bed linen and towels, or we can hire them for you - please ask.

We can provide a bed guard and travel cot with this caravan, which is included in the price. Sorry, but we do not supply bedding for the travel cot.

Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows and Butlins Skegness passes are all included in the price.

All we ask is that you respect our caravan and please leave it clean as found when leaving.

Our caravan is family friendly and we do not allow smoking or pets.
