Caravan Description
We have a lovely 2 bedroom caravan for hire on a very private pitch (Bush 116) on Pakefield Caravan Park in Lowestoft.
There is no through road or path near the caravan so there are no people walking past.
The caravan is from 2011 so is relatively modern. It is very well-looked after and has all modern features.
We do not have central heating, oil filled radiators in all rooms. There is also a gas fire.
There is a lovely raised deck on the side of the caravan, which is sealed off with a lockable gate; perfect for small children. There is also a large outside table on the grass area, with 6 reclining chairs and a barbecue available for your use.
Within the caravan you will find a flat screen TV with DVD player in the lounge area, along with a microwave and toaster in the kitchen.
Pool passes and Wi-Fi is included in our hire price.
Bookings & Conditions
Small dogs may be allowed on request, but a refundable deposit of £75 will be required and the dog must not be allowed in the bedrooms.
A £75 down payment is required to secure your booking. The remainder must be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday. No refunds will be available at this point.
Check out time is 11am on the day of departure. If no one is due in the caravan after you, you may stay until 2pm for an extra £20.
Extra dates offering 3 night (Friday to Monday) and 4 night (Monday to Friday) breaks may become available throughout the season, depending on bookings, so please keep checking. You can also e-mail a request and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

About the Area
Pakefield Caravan Park is an excellent location for a holiday, with fantastic walks available nearby. The outdoor pool is 30 seconds away from our caravan and the office and club about a 2 minute walk.There are a couple of pubs within walking distance of the Park, one with a playground outside; The Trowel and Hammer and also The Jolly Sailor. Both serve food and overlook the sea and the beach.
The beach is a couple of minutes' walk away.
There are many places to visit by car within half an hour of Pakefield; Southwold, Benacre National Nature Reserve, Walberswick to the south and Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth to the north. Ipswich and Norwich are about 45 minutes by car.
