We have a lovely and clean 8 berth caravan for rent on Kingfisher Holiday Park in Ingoldmells.
The caravan has three bedrooms (one double and two twin) along with a pull-out bed in the living area. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with coat hangers provided.
We have provided duvets and pillows, along with mattress and pillow protectors, which are washed and replaced on a regular basis to ensure all of our customers can feel cosy and clean during their stay.
You will need to take your own duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets as these are not provided.
The shower room with wash basin is located separately from the toilet which is in a separate room and also has a hand wash basin. You will need to take a shower mat if required.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and all crockery, baking trays and utensils to cater for a self-catering holiday. Tea towels are not provided.
The living room has plenty of seating, plus a 32" TV with built-in Freeview and a separate DVD player.
An ironing board and iron are also provided, along with a clothes airer.
A travel cot is available for your use, which is stored in the double bedroom under the bed.
Outside there is a table and chairs provided on the veranda so you can sit and drink in the sunshine on those lovely sunny days.
Bookings & Conditions
Strictly no pets are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the caravan and only permitted outside on the veranda area.
We require a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your booking. Please note that until a deposit is received, your booking will not be confirmed.
A £50 refundable security bond will also be required, which is returned once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything found to be ok.

About the Area
Kingfisher Holiday Park is owned by East Lindsay District Council and is really well kept.There is a wonderful children’s play area on site and our caravan is literally a minutes’ walk from the play area and just over a minutes’ walk from the shop, which has all the convenient items you would expect to find in a site shop. There is also a launderette on site.
There are security barriers in to and out of the park along with CCTV and security patrols for added peace of mind.
Kingfisher Park is located very close to the village centre and just across the road from the park is a great fish and chip shop that sells the most amazing cod and chips! There is also another shop next door to the chip shop.
Amusements are located just outside the park and all other entertainment, including the Villager pub, Fantasy Island and Eastgate market, are located just a few minutes up the road.
The Big Top is located next to the site and in the height of season you can enjoy free family entertainment including children's shows and bingo. For those rainy days (we do live in England after all) there is also an indoor play area located in the Big Top next to the site and another one called Tiny Tots Village just up the road. These are both priced very reasonably at no more than £5-£6 per child and allow in and out access all day long.
The beach is a short walk up the road too, where you will find more shops selling everything you will need for a fun family day on the beach and for all your presents to take home.
Butlins and Skegness are a short car journey away if you wish to venture out a bit further afield. Hardy's Animal Farm is well worth a visit and is just a 10 minute drive from the site.
