Our beautiful, brand new, IRM Octalia mobile home with air-conditioning, sleeps 8 people and is on a much appreciated part of the Parc.
This mobile home has double glazing, a spacious living area, two nice size twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, as well as a comfortable sofa bed sleeping an extra two people, making this home comfortable and appealing to large families.
The home is within walking distance of the lovely sandy beach and the excellent entertainment, restaurant and pool on site.
This is the new 2007 model Octalia (graded - Excellence), 9.75m x 3.65m, self catering mobile home.
The kitchen has fitted units with a free-standing fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and kettle. There is plenty of storage in this home and it also consists of electric heating if the weather ever decides to get colder!
There is a bathroom with shower and wash basin, and a separate toilet.
Large double doors lead onto a beautiful terrace, which is equipped with sunloungers, table and chairs. The home is on a very private plot with small garden - ideal for families wanting a comfortable and great holiday! There is parking available for one car to the front of the mobile home.

La Carabasse - Haven Europe Site
Our beautiful, new mobile homes are situated on the Siblu (Haven Europe), La Carabasse Parc.
Upon arrival at the Parc, which is a mass of flowers and palm trees, you will notice the clean and tidy looking surroundings. All of the mobile homes are located around the stunning pool complex with waterslides and chutes.

Leisure & Sporting Facilities
Swimming pool with qualified lifeguards, four lane waterslide and water chute, tennis courts, archery, football, basketball, multi sports pitch, boules, bike hire, pool table, table tennis, children's play areas, horse riding (nearby), water sports (nearby).
Supermarket with its own bakery, launderette, safety deposit boxes, bureau de change, information bureau, internet cafe.
Children's entertainment, children's clubs for ages 1 to 14, live shows, bars, restaurants, take-aways.
In the evening you have the choice of two bars, one for your main evening entertainment outside and the other to sit and enjoy a drink watching Sky TV indoors. The site management organise games, competitions and shows to provide a varied programme of family entertainment.
Funpark passes can be purchased at the Siblu office, these cover access to the swimming pool, children's club etc.
Suitable for young children. This Siblu site is a general family park with excellent facilities for children including children’s clubs for 1-14 years old.
Refunds & Cancellation of Booking
If you cancel your booking you will be required to pay a cancellation charge. This charge will be the 25% deposit if you cancel more than 6 weeks before arrival. Less than 6 weeks before arrival the charge will be a percentage of the total cost of your holiday.
Availability will be given to the person lodging their deposit first. Notification will be sent by Email (preferred) or letter.
One car space is provided adjacent to the mobile home, further cars will have to be parked at the main entrance car park.
Arrival & Departure
The accommodation will not be available before 4pm. Should you encounter a delay it will be your responsibility to inform the park of this. Failure to arrive within 24 hours of the due arrival date may result in your holiday being cancelled and no refund will be given.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Park Fun Passes
Can be purchased at the Siblu office, these cover access to the swimming pool, children's club etc.
The high season is between July and August and all the park facilities will be open. Many, if not all, will be open in June and September. Exact opening dates of facilities will be at the parks discretion and outside of our control. If your rental period goes outside these months, any specific requirement must be discussed at the time of booking.
A Barbecue is provided, although restrictions may apply during the season for safety reasons. Please respect these measures to ensure safety of the park (Usually not able to be used during May).
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and take good care of the property, leaving it clean on departure and respecting the enjoyment of those in neighbouring properties as well as complying with any other rules in force on the park during the course of their stay.
