This is a well-equipped, 'prestige' rated Willerby Sierra caravan for let on Rockley Park in Dorset.
There is a larger than normal wrap-around balcony with table and chairs, with decking down one side with ramp for disabled and lockable gate. There is no facilities in the caravan for wheelchair, as passageway and doors too narrow. There is also parking for your car.
The caravan has full central heating and double glazing.
The accommodation is as follows:
Well-fitted kitchen with microwave, combined oven and hob, integrated full sized fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc. and plenty of storage.
Lounge/dining area with separate table and chairs, settees, flat screen TV/dvd and Bluetooth speaker, central heating radiator, doors to balcony.
Master bedroom with large bed, tv,/dvd, bedside tables, hairdryer, ample wardrobe space with drawers, en-suite with basin and toilet and central heating radiator.
Twin bedroom with single beds, wardrobe with drawers and central heating radiator.
Shower room with large shower cubicle, toilet, basin with cabinet over heating radiator.
The full length cupboards off the kitchen house the boiler and alarm system and space for broomsetc.
Double and single duvets and ample pillows will be provided. We do not provide duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, bath and hand towels, so please remember to bring them with you. In some cases, we can supply linen, but by request and for a small charge.
Fun passes are not included, but can be purchased from Reception.
As this is our special holiday home for ourselves and our family, we would like to think that all holiday makers will treat it with the same care and consideration as we do and leave it in the same condition that it was found on your arrival.
Bookings & Conditions
Bookings are available from Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday, Monday to Monday.
The prices quoted are for 7 nights only. Prices for 3 and 4 nights provided on request.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid at least 7 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
There is also a SECURITY/DAMAGE/NON-CLEANING Bond of £100 required, which is refundable at the end of the holiday, provided the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, or billed if there is damage over £100.
The caravan is available from 2pm. Departure time is no later than 10am.
When requesting a quote, please let us know if younr party is all adults over 25 or adults with children under 16.
Please let us know if you are using an electric car, as charges will be made if you charge from the caravan. Points on Site for charging will be available in 2019. Thank you.

About the Area
There is a small beach a few minutes’ walk away from our caravan where you will also find a play area for children, and cafe with ice creams etc. It also offers lovely walks.The facilities on Rockley Park are many and include golf, amusements, a fish & chip shop and many other enjoyable things, including swimming pools. It's a really lovely place to stay for families young and old.
Poole town and harbour are about a 5 minute drive away, where you can enjoy boat trips to Brownsea Island. Bournemouth centre is about a 15 minute drive, with miles of sandy beaches to enjoy. Weymouth Sealife Centre is about half and hour's drive.
Other places of interest include Lulworth Cove, Isle of Wight and Corfe Castle, all of which are well worth a visit.
Let's not forget that there is beautiful countryside in Dorset and many lovely walks around Rockley Park.
