Lodge Description

This lodge is to be let to adults and children over 8 only, it is one of the best luxury lodges at Ladram Bay. Our lodge, Otters Den is in a prime position (Portland View), nestled in beautiful Devon countryside with stunning panoramic views across Ladram Bay.

This 42ft x 13ft, two-bedroom lodge is the top model from ABI and comes with a lot of goodies. It accommodates 4-6 guests, has gas central heating, and is fully double glazed.

In the lounge, there is a three-seat sofa with a pull-out bed and poppy patterned curtains. It has a 55 inches(in the lounge) and a 42 inches ( in the twin bedroom) smart LED flat-screen TV which is WiFi ready. We are the only one who provides WiFi Satellite Service at Ladram Bay. The WiFi is a direct connection only to Otters Den, with up to 22 Mb for best speeds, available for laptops and smartphones, etc. If WiFi is very important for you to access emails and run your family business from home during your holiday in Ladram Bay, our lodge will be an ideal place for you. The WiFi is including in the price. Let us move across to the dining area and you will find brown upholstered dining room chairs and low breakfast bar with power socks and USB charging points. In the kitchen, there are integrated appliances, including an oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, plus a separate utility room for the washing machine.

There is a large shower room with a shower head incorporating a thermostatic mixer valve, a washbasin and mirror, a low-level toilet, and a cupboard for storage.

The main bedroom you will find at the end of the lodge, which is furnished with a king-size bed, large mirror door wardrobe, and a dressing table with chair and mirror. Adjoining the bedroom is an en-suite with washbasin, low-level toilet, and a shower.

The twin bedroom is opposite the shower room and is furnished with twin beds and a mirror door wardrobe with two drawers in its base.

The slide doors lead to the large decking area where you can enjoy the panoramic views across the bay whilst relaxing and dining on the outdoor furniture.

- Liquid detergent for laundry and dishwasher is not included - guests are advised to use liquid detergent for washing machine and the dishwasher

- Swimming pool pass and gym pass, but can be bought at reception
- Other activities such as sailing, fishing, crazy golf, instructor lead
activities and games at the Amusements Park. You may purchase tickets for these from reception.

This is strictly a no smoking lodge. Please be advised that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the lodge and the decking area. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

We are regret that we cannot accept pets. Because of the site rule, we do not accept all-male parties or all-female parties.

If you require linens, you can hire them from the reception.
£200 security deposit is required for the booking. It will be refunded within 7 days after checking out with no damaged.

Minimum stay:4 nights during the low season.
A discount of 10% for two weeks and longer bookings.

Please state the number of your party and the age of your party.

Because of Covid-19, our cleaner follows the Government guidance to clean our lodge. Health and safety is our top priority. We are doing 4 nights minimum booking during the peak season. Our lodge can isolate for a couple of days before the next family check-in. If you can not find the date you wish for your holiday, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to help.

The Park is opened on 4th July and follow the Government guidelines for coronavirus outbreak control. It will be adhering to a strict cleaning and sanitization programme within the park. The Swimming Pool, Splash Zone and Soft Play will be opened on 25th July; however, the great news is we have direct access to our private beach which will be ready and waiting for you.
The Entertainment programme will be adjusted and moved outside weather depending, the Green Coat team are busy now preparing some supersonic shows ready to amaze you.
