Caravan Description
This Swift Burgundy, 30’ x 12’ ‘deluxe’ caravan has a spacious layout making it very comfortable for 4 people.
The large open plan lounge has a large TV with Freeview for those lazy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen has all the items you would expect to make it like home from home.
Sleeping facilities consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedded room.
The caravan also benefits from blow heating throughout all rooms, making it lovely and toasty all year round. In addition, the large opening windows keep it cool in the summer.
The caravan is situated directly opposite the main entertainment complex, shop, launderette and restaurant and makes it an ideal location. Beach access is also only a very short distance away.
Owner's Booking Terms
A £50 non-refundable deposit will secure all bookings.
The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your vacation.
A £75 security bond is also charged, which will be returned if the caravan is left as found without damage or loss.
We do not allow same sex groups or any groups of under 21s - this is Haven policy and must be strictly adhered to.
The caravan is non-smoking - please respect that.
Although the caravan is pet friendly, please do not leave any animals unattended in the unit for long periods.
Location
Haven’s Caister-on-Sea Holiday Park is a family friendly park that has everything for adults and kids alike. The kids’ play area can be enjoyed by all youngsters whilst mum and dad sit in the café having a cuppa. The large indoor swimming pools are always a very popular pastime for all and are a must.
There is something for everyone on this park and it is extremely popular.
If you wish to venture off the park why not take a short stroll through the dunes and flop on to the golden sand, or hop in the car and explore the nearby Norfolk Broads, or spend all day on the beach.
The village of Caister-on-Sea can be reached on foot. Great Yarmouth is a 10 minute drive away – perfect for days spent building sandcastles. Pleasurewood Hills, Africa Alive and The Redwings Horse Sanctuary are also just a short drive away.
Greyhound racing, horse racing and stock car/banger racing are only minutes from the park.
There is something for everyone in this area so you will not be disappointed.
