Our static caravan holiday home is situated about a twenty minute walk along the beach from Filey at Primrose Valley, Haven Holidays flagship holiday park, with all the amenities and activities you could ever wish for - but you can forget all these and just enjoy a quiet holiday on this lovely park, or use it as a base to explore the local area.
Our caravan is a Delta Warmth, two bedrooms (one twin and one double with en-suite toilet). It is fully double glazed along with very efficient central heating, and full inventory including all kitchen equipment and 30" TV. [BEDDING NOT SUPPLIED, BUT CAN BE PURCHASED ON SITE AT £10 PER BEDROOM PER WEEK]
We have lovely veranda/decking to side with quality patio furniture so you can enjoy eating and lounging alfresco and watch the world and it’s family go by.
Located on a corner plot in the much improved Rose Bank area of Primrose Valley, it is within easy walking distance of both the Lakeside and main leisure complexes. It is also very handy for the new shorter route beach access to the south of the site through the new "Seabirds" location.
Ten minutes level walk to the shops and restaurants, and if you fancy just staying in and relaxing, the local pizza delivery service will deliver a quality meal right to your door.

About the Area
Primrose Valley is Haven's five star site, with lots to do, especially for young families, right on the doorstep. But if you fancy getting out and about a bit and exploring the lovely Yorkshire coast, Bridlington, Scarborough, and Whitby are all close to hand, with a regular bus service right from the camp centre. Or just stroll down the beach to Filey itself to enjoy a good old-fashioned day at the seaside.And the beach along Filey Bay is absolutely wonderful if you fancy a bit of peace and quiet walking along acres and acres of smooth, clean sand. Or for the more adventurous, the Cleveland Way starts at Filey, with an initial stretch of wonderful cliff-top walks. Walk as far as Cayton Bay and you will have seen some of the best coastal scenery in the country. Or go the other way and explore the RSPB Bird Sanctuary at Bempton.
