Caravan Description
This fantastic 2 bedroom caravan, a 6 berth Regal Tempo (2015 model) and graded ‘Prestige’, is now available for you to book and enjoy for the 2017 season.
It is fully insulated with double glazing and gas central heating radiators make it comfortable to enjoy in late and early season too.
The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms; the first a double with a 5ft bed and en-suite toilet with wash basin, and the second a twin with full length wardrobe. There is a further pull-out bed in the sitting area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, a toaster and a kettle. It also has a fixed table with chairs, along with a fully integrated, full size fridge freezer, built-in microwave and dishwasher. An iron and ironing board are also supplied.
The main living area is light and airy, with a corner seating arrangement, an electric flame effect fire with surround mood lighting and a 32” LED TV with in-built DVD player. This area looks out over, via full length patio doors, uninterrupted views of the sand dunes up to Bodmin Moor in the distance.
Enjoy the view from our decking. We have a ramp facilitating disabled access too. On the decking there will is additional outdoor furniture as well as a picnic table to the side, all helping you make the most of the caravan’s elevated position in a relaxing area of the park, which is a short walk from the park’s amenities and not far from the stunning beaches of Perran Sands.
Bookings and Conditions
A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. A written receipt will be provided.
A £50 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded one week after you have vacated the caravan following successful inspection.
Regulations at Perran Sands stipulate that caravans are let to families and couples only.
You can collect the key from the main reception on the day of your arrival.
You may check in from 4pm onwards on the day you arrive and check out is by 10am on the day of your departure.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but we do not provide bed linen. However, it can be rented from reception or you can bring your own. Tea towels are not provided.

About the Area
Enjoy all the amenities that the well-established, award winning Haven Perran Sands Holiday Park has to offer, such as indoor and outdoor pools, mini golf, children’s entertainment, live entertainment and restaurants (Surf Bay Restaurant, a fish and chip shop and Papa John's pizza delivery) together with bars.Please note that some activities require a pass, which can be purchased from reception.
There is also a well-stocked Spar for your convenience and a launderette.
In nearby Perranporth there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants and a Wetherspoons. For the energetic there are surf schools and the Perranporth Golf Club is next door to the park.
The wonderful Perran Sands is on your doorstep via the cliff path and the beach and town at Perranporth with its shops and beach bars, are just a short drive away, as is the equally beautiful Holywell Bay.
Centrally located in Cornwall, Perran Sands offers a good base from which to explore the many delights of both the north and south Cornish coasts and visitor attractions such as the Eden Project, Cornwall’s gardens and children and family theme parks. The beautiful city of Truro is about 20 minutes’ drive away.
With so much to do come rain or shine, it is all here to see and enjoy.
