Caravan Description
Our privately owned, 36x12 ABI Horizon Deluxe caravan is set in a quiet location on Perran Sands Holiday Park and is in as good as new condition with ample parking alongside.
It has 3 bedrooms, a double and two twin rooms, each with built-in wardrobe space. There's also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
There is a large shower room with shower, wash basin, WC and storage space, along with an additional WC with wash basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and includes a full size cooker (main gas), microwave, fridge\freezer, kettle and toaster.
We have a spacious lounge-diner with a built-in seating area, gas fire and 26" TV/DVD with Freeview.
We provide all your bedding and bed linen so you don't have to bring it with you.
Bookings & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required (cheque) upon booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
No single sex groups. Stag and hen parties are not permitted under the Haven rules.

About the Area
Perran Sands Holiday Park is a 4 star site packed with things to see and do, as you would expect from a Haven site.The park is situated next to an 18 hole golf course and is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, with the coastal path giving a beautiful scenic walk. On site amenities include family entertainment in the live lounge, a heated indoor fun pool with flume, kids' clubs for all ages, crazy golf, arcades, an activity hub, gym, roller disco and fun-filled activities to keep the whole family happy, along with shops and restaurants.
Access to the swimming pools and entertainment require an entertainment pass, which can be obtained from the holiday park. These are not included in our rental costs.
Perranporth is only a 15 minute walk away, where you will find lots of places to eat and drink, as well as little trinket shops for souvenirs.
A regular bus service runs from the holiday park to all the major towns within the area.
The surfing town of Newquay is only 7 miles away and the city of Truro is just 9 miles away, with its cathedral and quayside. Or you could take a trip to see the world's largest greenhouse at the Eden Project.
There really is so much to see and do on and near Perran Sands Holiday Park, but with the added advantage of the picture perfect surroundings; it's entirely up to you how adventurous you want to be.
