Caravan Description

Here we have our recently upgraded 2 bedroom Willerby Avonmore sleeps 6 situated in the white area within a short walk to all amenities.

The lounge has an L shaped sofa with pull out sofa bed, foot stall, a 47 inch flat screen smart TV which can connect to the free Wi-Fi. A radio, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, a few boards games, coffee table a modern electric fire as well as gas central heated radiators.

The dining area has a table and 4 upholstered chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas cooker, built in microwave, full size fridge/freezer and an intergrated dishwasher.

A full inventory with kettle, 4 slice toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots/pans, glasses and utensils.
We’ve tried to make it as home from home as possible.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside units and cupboards above, there is a vanity unit with large mirror and stool. Large wardrobe with drawers below.

There is a small en suite with W.C. and hand basin, radiators in both rooms.

The second bedroom has twin beds with cupboards above, wardrobe with drawers below mirror and radiator.

The shower room has a large shower, W.C., basin and plenty of space for toiletries, mirror and radiator.

Outside we have a decked area with a table and chairs.

Along side the holiday home is parking for 1 car, additional parking is available near reception.

Duvets and pillows are included, beds can be made up on arrival if required.
Towels are NOT included.

There is an iron/ironing board, parasol and 2 beach chairs for your use.

Wi-Fi is now available free within our holiday home and on site.

No more than 6 persons in total for your stay.
Strictly NO pets allowed.

Electric vehicles MUST be charged at the designated charging points and NOT at the holiday home.

Passes for Venue and sports bar are included (silver passes)
If you would like (gold passes) to include swimming and gym these can be purchased through myself at a discounted rate


Swimming and gym passes are also available to purchase from leisure centre

Bookings & Conditions

To book, a £60 non refundable deposit is required and a refundable security deposit of £100 per week. This security deposit will be returned to you after your holiday, upon a satisfactory inspection of the caravan with no damage, breakages or excessive cleaning needed following your departure, this is to provide a full inventory and maintain standards so everyone can enjoy their holiday
Electric vehicles and scooters are NOT permitted to be charged at the holiday home.

COVID 19 .. Should the park need to close before your holiday is due to start or your area you live go into lockdown a full refund will be given
