Caravan Description
This is our bright and neat 28’ x 12’ caravan on Rockley Park in Dorset; ideally suited to couples or a small family.
The caravan is in Bay Hollow, a nice quiet corner of the park with lovely views over Poole Harbour and Arne Peninsular - our main picture above shows the view from our lounge window. It is also just a two minute walk from the beach, beach café, children’s play area and extensive water sports facilities.
The caravan has double glazing and gas central heating (and a fan for the hot weather!).
The spacious and comfortable lounge/diner includes a flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and tourist information folder.
The kitchen includes a full size gas hob, grill and oven, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, microwave and full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
There are two bedrooms - one with a comfortable 4'6" double bed, shelves and double wardrobe; the other with twin 2'6" single beds that can easily be pushed together to make a second double. The lounge can also be used as an additional or alternative sleeping area if preferred.
The bathroom comprises an efficient shower, WC and basin.
There is a lawn and patio area to the side of the caravan with parking for one vehicle.
Guests are welcome to use our outdoor dining table and chairs, parasol and deck chairs, as well as buckets, spades and other beach equipment stored in the container next to the caravan.
Double and single duvets and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Please remember - this is a non-smoking holiday home and we do not allow dogs.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 secures your dates at the time of booking. The balance is required 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
We also require a £100 security deposit to be paid with the balance, which will be refunded within 10 days of your departure from our holiday home on the condition that there has been no damage or losses made to the caravan or its contents.

About the Area
You can find full details of the facilities available on Rockley by visiting Haven's website, but to whet your appetite these include heated indoor and outdoor pools, a sports zone, shop for groceries, etc. , three food outlets (eat-in/takeaway), entertainment for children and adults, a luxury spa and bike hire. Plus their extensive water sports facilities on the beach.Please note – the cost of passes for the entertainment and activities can be purchased direct from Rockley Park -and are not included in the price to hire our caravan.
Out & About
There is an on-site bus stop for Poole harbour, quay and town centre.
Nearby there are lots of special places to visit, including Bournemouth, Sandbanks, the Jurassic Coast (Studland Bay, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, etc.), Swanage (with its steam railway), Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World and Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park.
