Our beautiful, spacious lodge (40ft x 20ft) is situated in a quiet, secluded position overlooking the golf course at Haggerston Castle. The lodge is double glazed & centrally heated and is just a short walk away from the golf course, clubhouse & cafe, children's play area & putting green.

The spacious lounge and dining area looks out onto the garden area & golf course beyond. It has two comfortable sofas, chair & footstool, with coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is high class dining furniture with 6 chairs.

A fully fitted kitchen provides everything you need for an enjoyable stay from microwave, oven to crockery, cutlery, iron and toaster etc.

We have a master bedroom with a large en-suite with a full size bath and overhead shower, toilet & basin. There is a king size bed with spacious wardrobes and dressing table, TV & hair dryer, plus plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has two full sized single divans & plenty of storage space. The large shower room with toilet and basin can be accessed from this room and from the hall. You can find a sofa bed in the lounge.

Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels & tea towels etc.. Duvets & pillows are provided (please note: King size duvet cover required for main bedroom).

Outside there is a large wrap-around secure, gated wood decking for children to play safely. There are tables and seating on decking. The lodge is surrounded with a large grassed area, ideal for children to play on, there is also a garden seat. There are no neighbours to the left, only grassed area and some bushes. Entry to the lodge is via private gated road (entry gained by key code) which makes it very private and safe for children. There are two parking spaces beside lodge.

Please note: You will not need to queue for keys to the lodge at reception.

How to book

A £50 deposit required to secure booking ( this will be deducted from total cost of holiday, which is due 6 weeks before arrival )
Instalments are available.

NO REFUND OF FINAL PAYMENT WITHIN SIX WEEKS OF HOLIDAY. ( I SUGGEST OBTAINING TRAVEL HOLIDAY INSURANCE )
I THE OWNER RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE- HIRE MY LODGE IF FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN SIX WEEKS OF HOLIDAY. DEPOSIT WILL ALSO BE LOST.

LODGE MUST BE LEFT IN CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVED IT.

PLEASE WASH AND PUT AWAY ALL DISHES, ALL BINS TO BE EMPTIED AND CONTENTS DISPOSED OF IN LARGE BINS ON ROAD IN FRONT OF NUMBER 14.

ONLY THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE BOOKED IN MAY STAY AT MY LODGE ( MAXIMUM SIX PEOPLE ) ANY ONE ELSE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

IF YOU ASKED TO LEAVE BY MYSELF OR ANY HOLIDAY PARK STAFF FOR ANY REASON, I WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY PAID

There is a bus service outside of the park going into Berwick or down to Alnwick & Newcastle.
