Caravan Description

We have a 35x12, 3 bedroom Willerby Westmorland caravan on the Kings Oak Caravan Park in Chapel St Leonard.

The caravan benefits from central heating and double glazing.

It has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, along with a pull-out double bed in the living area ( suitable mainly for children ) so it will cater for up to 8 people if needed. apart from a new shower, we have also had a new veranda fitted photo's to follow.

In the living area there is a TV with Freeview and a small radio. The separate dining area and fully fitted kitchen includes a microwave and fridge with small freezer, plus all cooking utensils if needed. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and cleaning materials are provided.

Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own covers, linen and towels (including tea towels).

Bookings & Conditions

We have a strictly no smoking policy so please smoke outside (thank you).

No same sex groups allowed; families and couples only.

A £50 per week, non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your holiday. The balance of the holiday must be paid in full within 6 weeks of the holiday start date.

A £50 security bond will also be required, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in order.

Weekend bookings considered, but not during the summer holidays.
