The lounge features Panoramic front windows, double doors lead onto the front enclosed veranda. Faux leather seating and flame effect electric fire.
The dining area has freestanding dining table with faux leather bench and chairs, expansive windows.

3 bedrooms all with wall mounted freeview TV's.
The family shower room features a fibreglass shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower. There is also a separate toilet with basin.

A £75 returnable bond due with final payment, this is returned the evening you leave, once the caravan has been cleaned and checked for damages.
£50 deposit secures any booking, full payment due 4 weeks before holiday.

About the Area
Skipsea Sands Holiday Park boasts a fantastic day and evening entertainment programme. It has a indoor heated swimming pool, ten pin bowling, arcades, Nisa shop, laundrette and a beautiful beach.We are situated at the top end of the park, near the beach, so away from all the hustle and bustle, with less cars passing.
There is a regular bus service to Hornsea and Bridlington.
