Private parking space right outside. Situated in Westdown View, a quiet part of the park just 6-7 mins walk from the main complex.

Our private, family owned caravan has double glazing and central heating with french doors that open fully onto the decking area, we also have outside patio furniture. As it is our own family holiday home there's everything provided to help you enjoy your holiday including toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, full crockery and all utensils to prepare family meals. The caravan also has a security alarm fitted.

Travel cot can be provided on request.

It has a great layout for a relaxing family holiday but giving adults space with a home like layout versus the traditional caravan layout. There is a full size separate lounge with the dining area in the separate kitchen. The lounge has freestanding sofa and chairs, TV, DVD player and fireplace.

Fully equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, gas eye level oven, gas hob and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes and also has a full ensuite with a toilet and full size bath.

There is also another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Hire price also includes the use of quilts and pillows, but bed linen is not included. Bed linen can be arranged if required.

Booking information

Please note: On booking we require a £150 deposit to hold the booking.

We also require a refundable £150 which will be held against any damage, which will be returned after your holiday, subject to caravan being left in the same clean tidy condition and no damage, etc.

All bookings are on first come first served basis and must be secured by sending the deposit .

The full balance is due within 6 weeks of the holiday or immediately if the start date is sooner.

Haven entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased from reception upon arrival (not included in price of holiday).

Price includes: gas and electricity.

Strictly NO smoking anywhere inside or outside on the veranda.

Sorry no pets allowed.

We cannot accept bookings from all male/female parties of any age or groups of young people under the age of 21 (Haven's policy).
