Welcome to my privately owned, ABI St David static caravan, situated in the Dunes View area of Perran Sands Holiday Park, with wonderful views overlooking the main complex.
The caravan benefits from having a private balcony, double glazing and central heating.
It's on a very pleasant site at Haven Perran Sands, situated on the north coast of Cornwall between Perranporth and Newquay, 5 miles from the A30.
It is sited just a 1 minute walk from all amenities on site and our fabulous sandy beach, which is suitable for a quiet sunbathe, cliff walks or surfing.
The caravan is a spacious, 3 bedroom model, with one master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, also a lounge, kitchen and shower room with sink and toilet. The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet with hand basin.
The kitchen has all you will need for a 'home from home' feel, including a fridge freezer, full cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery and utensils etc.
The lounge has French doors opening onto the private decking, and includes a 32" TV/DVD combi and dining table - all with spectacular views overlooking the main complex.
Gas and electric is included, but please bring your own towels and bed linen.
Passes are not included in the hire price.

New in 2014 was a great gym, especially for those who like to keep up their regular routine - and those who have indulged in our delicious pasties!
Both Newquay and Perranporth have gyms for those who want to keep their waistline; our pasties do tend to put on a pound or two!
There are plenty of theme parks in Cornwall; Flambards is a wonderful place for all ages come rain or shine, and everyone should see the Eden Project.
For your convenience on site there is The Spar shop, which holds just about all you will need, as well as being an off licence and gift shop. There is a laundrette, telephone and post box close to reception, and there is a cashpoint on site, but it does charge; for a free cashpoint go to the Co-op store or Lloyds bank in Perranporth.
Apart from snack bars on site there is a new fish restaurant and takeaway - The Funky Fish - for the pizza lovers there is Papa John's who will also deliver to you. Also worth a try is the Dunes Bar and Surfbay.
