This superb, 2 bedroom caravan is a Bordeaux Exclusive model, furnished with a modern style. Located on the second row on the palm springs, offering sea views from the veranda.
The lounge has a sofa and chair but with plenty of room for a travel cot and a colour TV with integrated Freeview.
We have a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, with a built in fridge/freezer, washing machine and also provided is a toaster, kettle and a microwave. There is plenty of plates, bowls, glasses cups, pans and cutlery etc, plus an iron and ironing board.
In the master bedroom there is a kingsize bed and en-suite room. The second bedroom with twin single beds, plus a roll out mattress that could be used for a 5th person in the lounge and a shared family shower room.
It's just a short walk from the entertainment complex and other amenities on site. The site also offers direct access to the beach.
The patio windows at the head of the caravan allows natural light into the caravan and for you to enjoy the sea views.
The caravan also benefits from having central heating throughout, and a fire.
Gas and electric is included in the price of your holiday.
pillows, quilts and bed linen are supplied, however you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels. and quilt and linen if you require the 5th roll out bed.
Bookings & Conditions
Our check in and check out days are Mondays and Fridays
We will require a non refundable £50 deposit to secure your holiday booking, with the balance then payable 4weeks before your holiday starts. a £50 breakages deposit which is refunded within 3 days of leaving the premises in good order.
The caravan must be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday (in order for the caravan to be cleaned for the next occupants). Entry from 2pm

We are able to accommodate a party of 10 as we have another family caravan located next door.

About the Area
There are great facilities on the park for the family, the caravan is located on palm springs part , a sea/beach view, few minutes walk from the small local shop, laundrette, fish and chip shop, swimming pool, activity and amusement park, entertainment center. kids club. Enjoy a walk or cycle down into the town center, along the beach front path and cycle path .where you will pass the local boating lake.Entertainment passes are NOT included in your booking quote. Daily, weekend or weekly passes can be purchased from the Reception.
