Caravan Description
Welcome to my 6 berth Atlas Nevada caravan situated on a lovely large plot on Kingfisher Park, with parking on a paved area directly outside the caravan and a large grassed area with silver birch and bench.
I believe I am offering value for money whilst giving you as much as I can to make your holiday stay a special one, with as many home comforts as I can.
The lounge has a lovely large seating area, a gas fire, 40" TV with surround sound system, a stereo and Wi-Fi. There is also a pull-out double sofa bed to make this the 6 berth.
The dining area also has the use of a highchair which is always in the caravan for your use if required.
The kitchen has everything you may need fridge (sorry no freezer), full size cooker, microwave, kettle, saucepans, baking trays and lots of crockery, plates and glasses; also plastic plates, cutlery etc. for children.
The master bedroom has a large triple wardrobe and dressing table, on which is a TV for the use of the Nintendo Wii. A door leads directly into the en-suite combined shower room. The wardrobe also houses a travel cot, which is free to use if you require, but I don't supply the linen for it.
The bathroom has a double shower cubicle, toilet and sink. There is an additional toilet with wash basin further down the hall.
The twin bedroom has a wardrobe and also overhead storage.
Additional Information
At the entrance to the caravan you will see a cupboard on the left that houses the hoover, kex mop etc. so that you can keep the caravan clean and tidy.
All your duvets, pillows and bed linen are included in the hire price, with beds made up ready for your arrival !!
All you need to take are your towels and tea towels as I don't provide these.
Also provided in the caravan is an iron and ironing board.
Bookings & Conditions
This is strictly a non-smoking caravan. I do provide an ashtray, but for outside use only.
A £50 deposit secures your holiday dates. The remainder must be paid 4 weeks before the beginning of your holiday, unless it is a late booking in which case full payment is required upon booking.
There is a £50 holding fee, which is refundable once the caravan has been checked after your departure and everything found to be in order, including caravan keys and barrier card.
As Kingfisher is the sister site to Coastfields you can use their facilities, including the fabulous clubhouse with bingo, show bar and full entertainment every night, along with the indoor swimming pool. However, you must tell me in advance and pay for passes in advance to enable me to purchase them on your behalf - these are not included in the caravan rental price. Also, this facility is not available for late bookings as it takes at least 7-10 days to get them.

About the Area
Kingfisher is the ideal location if you don't want to drive for the week.Kingfisher Holiday Park is well maintained and has great security with card operated entry and exit barriers, so only owners and guests can access the Park. The Park also has CCTV and a regular security patrol.
On site facilities include a shop, children's play area, a launderette and information office. It's only a five minute walk on to Sea Lane where you will find lots of shops, cafés, bars and arcades.
A bus stop is directly outside the entrance where you can travel to Butlins, Skegness and Chapel St Leonards.
Places of interest close by include Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, Natureland Seal Sanctuary, the fabulous Hardy's Animal Farm, Skegness Stock Car Stadium, Skegness Water Leisure Park, and much more.
