Caravan Description

Book in confidence with us, we have been renting out our caravans in Towyn for 14 years and have gained a 1st class reputation within our industry for being trustworthy, reliable, professional and above all providing quality accommodation for our customers.

We are fully aware that every holiday is important and well earned, so we endeavour to provide and maintain the high standards of our beautiful, well equipped & incredibly homely caravans, this has resulted in a huge amount of returning customers that book with us year after year.


Our Pemberton Knightsbridge is an exceptionally spacious 42ft x14.5ft model that has been furnished to our usual high standards. It has front patio doors that slide open to give access to the large wrap around decking with rattan seating and ramp access. It's sited on a generous size plot and has the added bonus of a large, spacious fully fenced and paved garden with L shaped rattan seating, plus parking for 2 small cars.


The lounge has a large free standing 3 piece suite, a 55in SMART TV and *Sky Q connection (you just need to bring your own Sky Q box). There are sliding doors so you can close the lounge off from the kitchen.


The large kitchen has an integrated microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and full size fridge/freeze, an eye level oven and grill, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air fryer plus all the usual kitchenware. There’s a wide range of wall and base units, plenty of work space. There is an adjoining dining area with large table and 6 chairs.


The master bedroom has a double size bed, plenty of storage, a tv/dvd and an en-suite shower room. There are 2 twin bedrooms both with 2 single beds, tv's and plenty of storage.


All duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is not included in with the hire price but can be supplied for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.


The family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.


There is full gas central heating throughout and pvc double glazing.


Private Wi-Fi is provided free of charge in all our vans.


The Knightsbridge sleeps up to 7 people but the 7th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry.


We provide a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, Shark upright vacuum cleaner & cleaning products, plus a highchair.


Check-in is from 1.00pm, check-out by 10.00am.


DOGS - We have 3 dogs ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs to stay in this caravan (FREE of charge). We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus caravans can become very hot in the warm weather.

BOOKING TERMS AND IMPORTANT INFOMATION -

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, this is in addition to the hire price & will be held as a damage/security bond. Your deposit/bond will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure. We ask that you leave the caravan clean & tidy as you found it on arrival.
The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your holiday.
Payments by bank transfer, cheque, postal order or cash are all welcome and can be paid either in full 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday or in instalments.


PLEASE NOTE- your holiday DOES NOT include payment protection or holiday insurance, therefore we strongly advise you to take out your own travel insurance to cover any losses incurred should you have to cancel your holiday.
