The Atlas Concept is a truly luxurious holiday home with a breathtaking, contemporary interior design with the utmost attention to detail.
It is fully double glazed with domestic styled central heating system including a combi boiler.
The exterior has PVC woodgrain effect cladding and further boasts a very large balcony/decking area complete with a 'Outback' gas BBQ and outdoor furniture, which is suitable for all of your outdoor dining and relaxation requirements.
The unit is located in a superb location within the Shorefield Country Park in an exclusive cul-de-sac, just 200 yards from the main facilities and club house, and a two minute stroll from the outside pool.
There is a car parking bay suitable for two cars.
The spacious master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed, large fully fitted wardrobes, and an integrated TV unit complete with Freeview.
The en-suite bathroom has a domestic size bath/shower with a fold away shower screen, WC and contemporary sink.
In the second bedroom the twin single beds can combine to make a double bed if required.
The additional shower room has a fully screened shower with WC and hand basin.
The contemporary open plan lounge area has a glass balustrade enclosed, raised dining area and a quality lounge suite with fold out spring double bed. It also has a CD/radio player, and a stylish flame effect electric fire with attractive contemporary surround.
The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with a stainless steel oven, five ringed hob (both with electronic ignition), fan and microwave oven and a polished steel, double cornered sink. Also in the kitchen is an integrated side-by-side fridge and freezer.
The caravan has voiles to the lounge and bedrooms windows, skylights with integrated blinds to the dining area and bathroom, and wooden blinds to all areas.
Upon your arrival the beds to both the master and twin room will be made and additional bed linen will be made available for the lounge bed, if required.
A travel cot can also be provided.
We would respectfully request that all clients provide their own tea towels and towels.
Bookings & Conditions
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure any booking.
Any final balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday
A £50 damages/breakages deposit is also required, which will be refunded within 7 days if everything is acceptable upon your departure.
Payment is accepted by either cheque, Paypal or bank transfer.
